CLASSES

Southlake Fitness is dedicated to providing a wide variety of fitness classes. Classes range from basic for those just getting started to more advanced classes as you make progress in your fitness journey. Additionally we provide specialty classes such as Kick Boxing and Yoga to make sure that you never run out of exciting ways to work out. So whether you want to increase flexibility, burn fat, build muscle, or reduce stress, we have classes that make working out fun and exciting. Hurry as classes have limited space.


Yoga

This class teaches the basics with emphasis on standing poses to encourage strength and alignment of the body. The class challenges advanced students while giving beginner students modifications for their comfort level.

Turbo Kick®

This class is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.

Bootcamp

This program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics helps burn calories and maintain weight. It provides endurance training, which will help maintain your cardiovascular system. It also provides flexibility training that enhances joint movement. Step Aerobics has a positive impact on mental health as well. Since the workout is fun and enjoyable, it can help relieve stress.

Zumba®

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

TRX® Make your body your machine

TRX® Suspension Training® harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train. That's all you need - the TRX and your own body. No additional weights required.

TRX® Suspension Training allows you to instantly adjust not only the level of difficulty for each exercise, but you can easily customize any workout on the fly.

Maximize your training time
You can easily switch from exercise to exercise in less than 15 seconds. This allows you to maximize your training time and enables circuit style workouts.
